Integrally molded product
All wetted parts are lined with integrally molded fluoroplastic. Therefore, there are no welded or fused parts, and the lining is reliable.

Thick Wall Lining
The lining material is thick-walled and mechanically bonded to the metal armor, providing excellent resistance to penetration and vacuum.

High sealing performance
NGK’s unique valve seat and gland seal mechanism provides excellent sealing performance.

Product lineup
Chemiflow Diaphragm Valve Model VM-T
- Type VM-T is a valve with ductile cast iron armor and PFA lining ?which has particularly excellent corrosion and heat resistance.
- The bonnet and diaphragm are the same as our VD ceramic diaphragm valve, which can minimize the inventory of consumable parts.
- Even in the case of horizontal equipment, the valve can be mounted on the piping with the stem tilted to create a piping line with less liquid residue.

Chemiflow Butterfly Valve VS Type
- Compact butterfly valve for up to 200A in diameter.
- All wetted parts are made of fluoroplastic PTFE and PFA for excellent corrosion and heat resistance.
- Excellent sealing performance due to unique stem seal.
- No residue of liquid and almost no elution of ions from the lining resin, making it an excellent choice for high purity process lines.

Chemiflow Butterfly Valve VF type
- Butterfly valve is the best choice for large diameter corrosive fluid lines.
- All wetted parts are lined with fluoroplastic PTFE and PFA, and have excellent corrosion and heat resistance.
- Available in diameters from 250A to 600A, pneumatic and electric automatic valves are also available.
- Unique stem seal provides excellent sealing performance and durability.
Application examples
Use in large-diameter lines such as salt water and gas lines in electrolysis plants, steel plate surface treatment plants, and chemical fiber manufacturing plants.
