Overview
The one and only Ceramic lined Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump
This pump consists of a liquid seal vacuum pump, a gas ejector, and a mechanical booster pump, and all the gas contacting parts are made of highly corrosion-resistant materials, mainly ceramics. It can be used as a core vacuum generation unit from bench scale test plant to actual plant.

High corrosion resistance vacuum generating unit
The main components are a liquid sealed vacuum pump, a gas ejector, and a mechanical booster pump, and all gas contacting parts are made of highly corrosion-resistant materials such as ceramics, glass lining, PTFE, and carbon. The pump can suction any gas except hydrofluoric acid gas, and completely solve following problems which pumps used for corrosive gases typically face.

Excellent pumping characteristics
Liquid-sealed vacuum pumps up to 65mm and mechanical booster pumps up to 80mm in diameter are integrated into a series, enabling pumping rates up to 300m3/hr and achievable vacuum rates up to 0.04kPa.
It can be used as a core vacuum generation unit from bench-scale test plants to actual plants. -
Energy and Space-saving vacuum generation unit
The rotating part is made of partially stabilized zirconia (PSZ), which has excellent strength and toughness, and is as thin-walled and high-speed rotating as various metal vacuum pumps.
Especially for steam ejectors, the pump has the advantage of requiring about 50% less kinetic energy and occupies 30% of the space. -
Complete instrumentation
We can offer fully automated unit for pump operation, temperature and pressure detection, and valve opening and closing.
